Nerva L. (Hunter) Loveless

Mrs. Nerva L. Loveless, 79, of Salem, KY, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Livingston Hospital and Health Care Services in Salem.

Mrs. Loveless had worked under Judge Executive Ralph Smith for over forty years in administration.  She also managed Smith Meat Market and Richard’s Meat market in Smithland.  She attended Hopewell Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by a son, David Lynn Loveless (Valerie) of Salem, KY; sister, Agnes Duncan of Salem; brothers, Danny Hunter (Beverly) of Salem and Bobby Hunter (Linda) of Tiline; grandchildren, Heather Beth Loveless of Memphis, TN, Anessia Griffin (Nelson) of Nashville, TN, Ashley Plaugher of Louden, TN, Andrew Loveless (Katlin) of Salem, Justin Loveless (Dakota) of Smithland, Ashley Wring (Eric) of Burna, and Johnathan Martin of Panama City, FL; great grandchildren, Alex Loveless, Logan Wring, Lauren Wring, Tally Loveless, Landon Loveless, Brantley Plaugher and Lyric Plaugher.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William David Loveless; son, Dewey Edward Loveless; brothers, Jesse, Calvin, and Toby; sisters, Louise Cox and Diane Hayden; and her parents, Buel and Clara Adams Hunter.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, July 20, 2019, at Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services with Rev. Troy Newcomb officiating. Interment will follow at Loveless Chapel Cemetery.

Friends may visit from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour, Saturday, July 20, 2019, in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services in Salem, KY.
