Michael David "Mike" Lawson

Mr. Michael David “Mike” Lawson, 77, of Hampton passed from this life Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Livingston Hospital and Healthcare Services.
Mike was a truck driver. He was a United States Army Vietnam War veteran serving in the Blackhorse Unit, and belonged to Legion Post 217 in Burna. He was a member of Hampton Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Linda (Hosick) Lawson; son, Josh Lawson of Hopkinsville; nieces and nephews, Gina Perrin; Linda Ballard; Nancy Cox; Lisa Bradshaw; Rebecca Murray; Barbara Ann Irwin; Melinda Thompson; Kenneth Murray II; Brandon Bradshaw; great nieces and nephews, Samantha Bradshaw; Amber Farmer; Conner Tracy; Rachel Acker; Jacob Acker; Lyle Thompson; Jessica Thompson; Klayton, Dalton and Colton Murray.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Margaret Lawson and sister Jacquie Williams; brother, Bud Lawson.
Graveside Services will be Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Lola Cemetery.
Friends may visit with the family from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM Tuesday, June 13, 2023 in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services.
