Mary Jane (Davidson) Cosby

Mrs. Mary Jane Davidson Cosby, 79, of Salem, passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at her home.

Mary Jane enjoyed shopping, growing tomatoes, hummingbirds and flowers. She was a member of Hopewell Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by a son, Tommy Cosby (Lisa) of Buford, GA; brother, William Lewis Davidson of Marion; two sisters, Ruth Ann Ladd of Marion and Martha Nell Chambliss of Salem; two grandchildren, Charles and Alyssa Cosby.

She was preceded in death by her husband Earl Glenn Cosby; son, Robert Earl Cosby; parents Robert and Edith Winters Davidson; and sister, Betty Guess.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services. Burial will follow in Loveless Chapel Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family Saturday, from 11:00 until the funeral hour at Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services.
