Lisa Carroll (James) York

Mrs. Lisa Carroll (James) York, 59, of Marion, KY, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2020 surrounded by her family at her home. 

Mrs. York was born September 10, 1960 in Salem to Trice and Martha James. She was employed by Livingston and Crittenden Hospital for many years as a Health Unit Coordinator.  She enjoyed traveling, decorating, caring for animals-particularly her chickens.  Most of all she loved being with her family, especially her grandson Elijah.   

She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Jeff York of Marion; daughter, Mandy York of Marion; mother, Martha James of Marion; grandson, Elijah; and beloved pet, Hubert.

She was preceded in death her father, Trice James.  

Funeral services will be Sunday, July 12, 2020, at 2 PM in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services with Rev. Curtis Franklin to officiate.  Burial will follow in Sugar Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour on Sunday, July 12, 2020 in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services in Salem, KY.
