Ms. Judith Ann Threlkeld, 74, of Smithland, KY, passed away Sunday, February 25, 2024 at her home in Smithland.
She was a member of Smithland Second Baptist Church, and a retired registered nurse at Lourdes Hospital.
She is survived by her daughters, Dedra Henson of Ledbetter, and Michelle Keeling of Smithland.
Per Judith's request she will be cremated and there will be no services.
