Ms. Glenda Gale Barnes, 64, of Marion, KY, passed from this life on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at her home.
Ms. Barnes was born on December 17, 1956 in Gary, IN, to Conrad Wring, Jr. and Sue (Kirk) Wring. Shopping and browsing flea markets for jewelry and purses were a favorite of hers. She liked cats and being a grandmother. Family was special. She was noted to always be late. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Valarie Barnes of Marion, KY; sister, Sandy Ethridge (Fred) of Vienna, IL; brother, Kirk Wring (Crystal) of Portage, IN; mother, Sue Wring of Marion, KY; grandchildren, Baileah and Paezley Barnes, both of Marion, KY; niece, Amber (Jeff) Armstrong of Smithland, KY; nephew, Eric (Tiffany) Wring of Valpo, IN; and great nieces and great nephews, Adrian Long, Audrey Long, Chloe Wring and Ethan Wring.
She was preceded in death by her father, Conrad R. Wring, Jr.
Graveside Funeral Services will be 12:00 PM, Sunday, December 12, 2021, at Salem Cemetery with Rev. Josh Bumpus to officiate.
There will be no public visitation
