Donna Sue Knight

Ms. Donna Sue Knight, of Lakeland, Florida, and Salem, Kentucky, passed away on August 15, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 20, 1952, to Chester and Elizabeth Knight.

Donna devoted more than 50 years to her work as a hairdresser, where she built lasting friendships and brought care and joy to her clients. After retiring, she found happiness tending to her flowers, visiting with family and neighbors, and feeding the animals she cherished.

She is survived by her daughters, Carla Foote and Crystal Belt; her mother, Elizabeth Knight; her sisters, Judy Knight Doom, Sandy Hardin, Charlotte Davis, and Kristi Knight Vance; her brother, Michael Knight; her grandchildren, Jordan, Joshua, and Jake Foote; and her four great-grandchildren.

Donna was preceded in death by her father, Chester Knight.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services. All are welcome to attend as her life is remembered and celebrated.
