Curtis Wayne Love

Curtis Wayne Love, 53, of Salem, KY went home to be with the Lord March 28, 2025.

Curt was born May 25, 1971 in Springfield, IL. The son of Robert W. Sheets of Salem, KY and the late Joann Sheets.

Curt married the love of his life, Christina (Pitchford) Love on September 30, 1995 in Virden, IL. They have resided in Salem, KY for many years raising their 2 dogs, Dixie and Mochi.

Curt was employed by DK Masonry out of Paducah, KY. He did masonry work all his career and enjoyed what he did. Curt enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his friends and family.

Surviving is his wife, Christina Love of 29 years; dad, Robert W Sheets of Salem, KY; sisters Theresa (Robert) Stanley of Dixon, KY, Karen Brown and Tina Sheets, both of Columbia, MO; brothers, Russell Love of Salem, KY and Robbie Sheets of Columbia, MO; mother-in-law, Barbara Pitchford of Springfield, IL; several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Curt is proceeded in death by his mother, Joann Sheets and brothers, Donnie and Mike McCoy; and his father-in-law, Richard Pitchford.

Funeral services will be Sunday, March 30, 2025, at 2 PM, in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services.  Bro. Wesley Lynn, Bob Stanley, Chris Wethington, and Danny Kidd will be speaking.

Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, from 1 to 2 PM, before the service begins.
