Carlos Winfred Belt

Mr. Carlos Winfred Belt, 83, of Cadiz, KY passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020 at his home.

Carlos was born January 14, 1937 in Marion, KY to Allie and Robbie Belt. 

He was a retired coal miner.

Mr. Belt is survived by wife of 24 years, Debra (Davis) Belt of Cadiz, KY; daughters, Carla Foote of Orlando, FL and Crystal Franklin (Jared) of Salem, KY; step-daughters, Janie Butts (Todd) of Cadiz, KY and Lara Breece (Paul) of Bowling Green, KY; eight grandchildren, Taylor Butts, Troy Butts, Lizzie Butts, Gavin Breece, Kylie Breece, Jordan Foote, Josh Foote and Jake Foote; and three great grandchildren

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be Friday, October 30, 2020 at 2 PM, in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services.  Burial will follow in Loveless Chapel Cemetery.

Friends may from 12 PM until the funeral hour in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services.
