Barbara Jo (Mailander) Silcox

Ms. Barbara Jo Mailander Silcox, 76, of Marion, KY, passed from this life Friday, January 14, 2022, at Salem Springlake Health and Rehabilitation.

Ms. Silcox was born in Redondo Beach, CA, on May 11, 1945, to Vince and Ida Kampa Mailander. 

She is survived by her children: Christie Jo Hughes (Barkley) and Billy Silcox (Lisa) both of Marion, KY; grandchildren:  Miles Hughes, Dominic Rivera, Jazmen Hughes, Kayla Silcox, and Joslyn Silcox; and great grandchildren: Aleyna and Aidyn Rivera, and Lexi, Jade, Hayden and Lila Hughes.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Doris Verdeen; brother, David Mailander; and her parents.

Cremation was chosen.  Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.
