Grace D. (Dewey) Riley

Mrs. Grace D. Riley, 97, of Salem, KY, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Salem Springlake Health and Rehabilitation Center in Salem.

Grace was born January 7, 1921 in New York City, where she married her husband, David Riley, Sr. in August of 1945.  She worked for AT&T and Bellsouth Telephone for 38 years in both New York City and Paducah.  Grace and David moved to Salem in 1950 where they worked and lived out their days.  They were of the Catholic faith.

She is survived by two sons, David Riley, Jr. of Murray, and James (Shannon) Riley of Salem; four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

Grace was preceded in death by her husband, David Riley, Sr. on July 3, 2010; one sister; and two brothers.

Funeral services will be Sunday, January 6, 2019, 2 PM, in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services. 

Burial will follow in Salem Cemetery.

There will be no visitation.
